巴舍-勒格罗已推出多款红白两类高质量葡萄wine,其中卢梭干红葡萄wine获得了《今日勃艮第》17分高分评价,而哈特斯干红也获得16分好评。
BARON Philippe de Rothschild & Cie, SA
Bachey-Legros is a small, family-owned wine estate located in the Santenay appellation of Burgundy. The estate has been owned by the Bachey family for six generations since 1885 and is currently managed by Christiane Bachey and her two sons, Lenaic and Samuel.
The vineyard covers an area of 18 hectares spread over three villages: Santenay, Chassagne-Montrachet and Maranges. The main grape varieties grown are Chardonnay (white) and Pinot Noir (red). The vines are on average 60 years old with some dating back to the early part of last century.
In order to ensure quality every aspect of viticulture is carefully controlled from planting to harvesting. Harvesting takes place when the grapes have reached optimal maturity ensuring that only high-quality fruit is selected for fermentation.
Fermentation takes place in oak barrels where the wines undergo a period of maturation lasting between 12 months for white wines and up to 15 months for red wines. This allows them to develop their full potential before bottling.
Bachey-Legros produces a range of reds including its flagship wine, Santenay Premier Cru Clos Rousseau Rouge which was awarded an impressive score of 17 out of 20 by Bourgogne Aujourd'hui magazine. Its other notable cuvée includes Santenay Village Clos des Hates Rouge which also received a score of 16 out of
